SamsonAirLine Micro Earset System

I am completely done with this system. I am a professional speaker and need to keep my hands free. I discovered this Samson headset system 6 years ago due to it not requiring the waist pack. The system would always give out after 2 years but I thought it was worth it to be free of the waist pack. However I purchased this system on 2/20 and on 4/1 the system started the nonsense of dropping out and screeching in the middle of a talk. I cannot keep sending my money to a company that will leave their customers in such a horrible situation. For $300 I would expect it to last at least a year? I immediately went to a guitar center and bought a $250 Shure headset system. The sound quality is infinitely better than the Samson system ever was. For peace of mind I went ahead and purchased $40 insurance on it as well; still cheaper than the Samson! It does require a waist pack and I understand many performer need to be free of it. But the hassle of dealing with this system’s constant screeching, dropping out, and static on a dead battery is not worth that small convenience to me. The headset microphones on Amazon are complete crap-go to a local music store and get a better system for the same amount of money or less

This product broke down after a month. I could not get the seller to answer me, nor did Samsung get back with me. I have a useless p[ice of equipment and out over $200. Move on to the next product and hope for better customer service!

My wife is a spin instructor and requires the Bluetooth microphone. Unfortunately it doesn’t hold up to well to the sweat. It might work better for someone who doesn’t work up a sweat.

Samson AirLine 77 AH7 Wireless System Fitness Headset (Channel K1) was great at first. I teach fitness classes 5 days a week and started using the wireless headset system the end of August 2021. I ordered it on Amazon on April 6, 2021. It worked beautifully for 6 weeks and then stopped. I am at a loss at why it stopped working and cannot seem to get a hold of anyone to help me figure out what to do?

It has been less than a year, we have been away from church for a while and this mic has been nothing but problems and I have no phone number to reach anyone now that we can have service outside. frustrating that this does not work now at all.

Throws awful static and screeches after 9 wks of use. No response from Samson Customer support. Website does not return any service locations. Now at 12 weeks of use is completely inoperable. The FCC has sold the radiofrequency of this item to cell phone companies rendering it inoperable.

Excelente micrófono. Duradero, no se cae de la cabeza, es muy firme y se nota que de buen material. Muy buena recepción. No se le mete ruido. Y muy práctico al no tener que utilizar pilas AAA dentro de su cajita como lo hace la competencia. Lo único malo es que al querer prender o apagar el micrófono hay que abrirlo como si fuera unno a meter una pila a un equipo electrónico. Esto me imagino se hizo para evitar que el sudor si filtrara a los componentes pero no es la solución correcta al problema.
