Q: What do cakes and sprinkler heads have in common?
If I asked you what does someone like me, who is a cake decorating fool, and a underground sprinkler head have in common, I could pretty much bet the farm that most folks wouldn't know. If I told you that both aspects are connected at the hip, so to speak, it would make the thought process even more confusing.Well, the answer is that this lovely dark green underground sprinkler head is a pivotal structural aspect for making character cakes. Yep folks, you heard it hear first! I use this, along with pipes and nuts and bolts, to construct a support system in which to build a cake.This idea didn't come from my mind, rather, this came from the absolutely creative and brilliant mind of Lauren Kitchens, who is THE Muppet Lady. For those addicted to The Food Network and are devotees to the cake challenge programs, she is the uber-talented Muppet Lady who cleverly and skillfully Muppetized the judging panel, for which she won first prize.I was very blessed to have been able to take one of her Muppetizing classes and this flush head was one of the supplies used to build the support structure for her Muppet cakes. I had been searching for this product on different sites, and the prices varied greatly. On a fluke, my husband tried Amazon, just to see if they offered this, not expecting this to be a part of what they carried. Lo and behold, there they were, in all their dark green and plastic glory! Yahoo! And you definitely couldn't beat the price or the service, therefore I would highly recommend Amazon as your supply source.Power to the Muppets!!! :)

easy to replace
Easy to replace the flush head by just screwing it in the pipe

Sprays a very small area
I bought the 180 degree heads and they’re great. I thought these would be the 45 degree equivalent but they only spray a few feet.

Spray only 3 of 4 feet
I dislike this product. I'm late to return it by one week. This item only spray 3 or 4 feet distance, not 15 ft in distance like advertised. I threw my money away. In addition this item was advertised as a Pop-up Spray Nozzle but it does not pop-up.
