Perfect!
This is absolutely perfect. Can I give it an extra star or two? Relatively easy to slip on over the cast (as easy as anything is easy to slip over a cast). High enough to go over the knee. It's made of a heavy duty plastic (or ???). The seal is tight and my cast was perfectly dry.

Excellent cast cover
Amazing! Very sturdy plastic (more than I expected). I was worried about getting the blue opening over my cast (it's enormous with metal splints and stuff after Archille's surgery), but it was very flexible and opened very wide. It kept all water off the cast. Highly recommend.

Does not work with high immobilizing brace BUT we made it work with Therabands
Our 16yo son is in a high thigh length immobilizing brace after knee surgery. I was unsure if there would be enough stretch in the top gasket to first even fit over the wide knuckles of the brace, and then questioned overall length to cover the brace in its entirety... but there was only one way to find out! The top band did stretch over the knee area with its wide adjustment knobs. Not easily though- we had 4 hands working the band inching over the bracing. However there was not enough stretch to make it the final 2" of the brace up his thigh. I cut the rubber gasket just shy of the plastic sleeve to gain that extra girth. He is 5'-6" tall and the top of brace is at 28.5" off the floor. The length of the sleeve once on him is <just> shy of the top of his brace. BUT with a few therabands at hand we made it work! First we duct taped over the cut gasket to ensure continuity. Then we used one wide and long pre-cut theraband to act as a new gasket essentially covering the original, and providing extra leg-length we needed. Duct tape did not stick to the theraband, but we had a second uncut theraband that was the right diameter that slid on over, holding the first theraband nice and firmly in place in place of tape. This McGyvering really worked well- his brace stayed perfectly dry and we were able to remove both therabands and the Asunby cover post-shower without tearing the plastic. IF this company were to make another size larger I'm certain it would be a slam dunk for our needs. I give this product as-is 4 to 5 stars because it's really great quality and I can see how it likely would work perfectly for a slightly shorter cast situation. Updating this post after 1 week of use: at my son's 1 week post-op appointment they removed a lot of bandaging thus was able to reduce the girth of the brace a bit, which makes getting this Asunby easier on & off. We have also ditched taping the top of the band and going with 3 Therabands to provide extra gasket/ length. It's working well, but still a 4 hand operation.

Easy on and off, comfortable and waterproof
Don't think twice, it's far better and faster to use than a bag and tape method. It's completely waterproof and plenty of space to accommodate a cast or bulky splint.Less than a year ago I used the arm sleeve to cover the splint on my fractured wrist. As soon as I fractured my ankle, I ordered the leg version because I knew it would work well. I goofed and ordered the long leg, but I just pull it up to my knee and allow it to fold up below the knee.I have a splint and elastic wrap at present and find that the best way to apply the sleeve is to fold the neoprene back over the sleeve, pull it into place, then fold the neoprene back to seal it. If I don't do that, it grabs the elastic wrap and pulls it out of place.Thoroughly satisfied, but hope I never have to by another cast cover ever!!! If I do, it will be this brand because experience shows they work and hold up.

Worked like a charm
This is my second purchase of this cast protector. I initially bought it after undergoing surgery to repair my broken ankle, during which I had a cast for two months. It worked perfectly, so I decided to buy another one a year and a half later when I had surgery to remove all of my ankle hardware. It held up very well and I wouldn’t have had to purchase it a 2nd timeIf I had of saved it but I wasn’t anticipating having the additional surgery. I highly recommend it for anyone needing to keep their leg dry for whatever reason.

Waterproof your surgical site on your leg.
Used this over surgical site following knee replacement. Easy to pull on, effective at keeping water off site. Great quality! I would believe this would also work well over a cast but thinking it would be more difficult to pull it over a cast.

These really work as advertised.
If you are wearing compression bandages for nymphectomy and want to take a hot shower, these really do work. NO WATER LEAKAGE! The only issue I had was that an internal foam backing for the top plastic ring had separated. Amazon replaced it immediately, and the return of the defective on was simple and free. Just returned it to the Amazon returns desk at Whole Foods where it was scanned immediately. Great product and great Amazon service.
