I am pleasantly surprised...
I considered ordering Almased severalweeks ago and researched it. Earlier today, after another ad on TV, I saw it on Amazon as a 6-pack, Subscribe & Save, same day delivery for abt $ 30/can. That is almost $10 less/can than in the ad. As soon as the driver dropped off the box, I prepped for my first shake. I don't like that each can is wrapped in plastic from top to bottom...but I understand. I read the dosing instructions. It is by height. 5/3 to 5/5 = 10 tablespoons. 8 is for someone up to 5/2. At the lowest dose, each can contains enough for 10 shakes. At 10 scoops, It will be 8 shakes for me. That comes out to $3.75...unless I get something off the dollar menu, that isn't bad at all. It is recommended to replace all meals for the first three days and drink (3) shakes instead. This can be done for up to 14 day Day 4 to day 25, shake for bfast and dinner, light lunch. Day 26+ bfast & lunch, shake for dinner. Unlike other meal replacement powders, this consists of fine granules that dissolve easily and mix well in water or another liquid. I like that I can add coffee in the morning or mix it with something else for added nutrition. It actually tastes fairly decent and I enjoy drinking it. Texture is good, not at all chalky...most of all: it is NOT sweet! Low sugar and low fat. Taking this in addition to weekly compounded semaglutide injections to help w/hunger cravings at night. Each 8 tablespoon-serving contains 48% of protein. It is considered complete, bcs it contains all the proteins the body cannot synthesize. It also has a host of other essentials. Based on the nutrient profile, I consider this a high-quality product and worth the price. I just wish it came in a 5-lbs or more container Getting ready to have my dinner shake. Do know that if you have milk or soy allergies, this may not be for you. Almased does make a lactose free version. If your issue is with soy, look for rice or pea protein based meal replacement options.

Good meal replacement
I don't always eat right and this has all the nutrients that I need so if I need to skip a meal this is a good supplement. Weight loss is the benefit! Taste isn't bad at all.

It works. I chocolate milk mix to get past the flavor.
Taste and Texture The taste of Almased is quite bland and not very appealing. It has a somewhat chalky texture that makes it difficult to enjoy, especially if you’re not used to meal replacement shakes. Mixing it with different beverages like milk or juice slightly improves the flavor, but it still leaves much to be desired. Ingredients and Nutrition Almased boasts a formula made from soy, yogurt, and honey, which are all-natural ingredients. It is high in protein and low in fat, which is beneficial for those looking to maintain or lose weight. However, the product also contains a significant amount of carbohydrates and sugars, which might not be suitable for everyone, particularly those on a low-carb diet. Satiety and Effectiveness One of the main selling points of Almased is its ability to keep you full for a long time. In my experience, it did help curb hunger for a few hours, but not as long as advertised. I often found myself feeling hungry sooner than expected, which made it difficult to stick to the recommended regimen. As for weight loss, the results were minimal and slower than anticipated. Convenience On the positive side, Almased is easy to prepare and convenient for those with a busy lifestyle. It’s a quick meal option when you’re on the go and don’t have time to prepare something more substantial. The powder mixes easily with liquids, and the instructions are straightforward. Price Almased is on the pricier side compared to other meal replacement options. Considering the taste and the mixed results, it’s hard to justify the cost. There are other products on the market that offer better flavor and similar nutritional benefits at a lower price. Pros • Natural ingredients • High in protein • Convenient and easy to prepare • May help with weight management Cons • Bland taste and chalky texture • Mixed effectiveness in curbing hunger • High carbohydrate content • Relatively expensive Conclusion Overall, Almased is an average meal replacement option that comes with both benefits and drawbacks. While it offers natural ingredients and convenience, the taste and texture leave much to be desired, and its effectiveness can vary from person to person. For the price, there are likely better alternatives available. If you’re considering Almased, it might be worth trying a smaller quantity first to see if it works for you before committing to a larger purchase.

Almased Really is Complete Nutrition and Works!
Almased has been around for at least 30 years and I used it about 20 years ago and lost weight and improved my health. Now my husband and I are both using it to trim down, improve our overall health and feel good about how its working to make us feel so much better. We are going to continue to buy and use Almased because its the only product we have found to be a complete meal replacement that doesn't contain sugar or other ingredients that are questionable. I keep a good supply on hand as you can see from my photo. Being able to ship from Amazon too is a plus, comes right to my door and I save money doing the 6 pack. I am always looking for a better deal on cost however so anything you could send, a coupon or a special price would be great!

Good deal
I order these for my mom in another state. She keeps these stocked. She’s been drinking Almased for years and it makes her feel really good. She’s got no complaints.

Works
It works for my wife and me. We did the extended cleanse phase of 14 days replacing all meals. A no-sugar or additives vegetable broth to sip on between meals. Started each day with a greens powder drink with olive oil. We both each lost around a pound per day. The flavor isn't good but that's fine as that's because they don't have it packed with other garbage like other powders, it can be flavored with a good cacao and flavor extracts. Otherwise, just drink it down because the results are worth it. It disolves quickly in cold water, curbs hunger and makes you feel good. The brain fog I was getting on a different diet went away in 3 days. It's expensive but cheaper than groceries. Use the manufacturer website's calculator for dosage instead of the instructions in the container.
