Great solid seat for forward facing, super easy to install
I bought this as a third car seat for my very tall three year old. We needed another seat for our third vehicle and air travel since she out-grew the height limit on the other back-up seat we had (Cosco). We had recently moved her other primary car seats to forward facing, so I was looking for something that we could use for a long time for forward facing harnessed and eventually booster mode. I love the very tall height limits and cup holders. It is relatively lightweight. We took it on an airplane ride and it installed nicely and securely on the seat. We also use it in my husband's Chevy Silverado and it fits great. The BEST feature about this seat is the install! The extending and self-tightening straps for the latch connectors are a dream to install!! I wish all car seats offered this feature. I can get a super tight install in about 30 seconds. An excellent value if you only need a forward facing seatThe only negative is that the headrest does tend to push my daughters head forward a bit, making it more difficult to sleep in the seat.PS. If you're going to be using this in airports: I bought the lightweight folding Samsonite Luggage rack (Samsonite Luggage Compact Folding Cart) and secured it with the bungee cord that came with the rack, it worked like a dream. I rolled it around the airport and then simply unclipped the bungee and folded up the rack when it was time to board and install the seat. Several parents and employees in the airports and hotels stopped me and asked about the set up.

Excellent car seat with great features!
This car seat has everything I was looking for! It is stylish, easy to clean and features an adjustable height back with multiple settings for the shoulder harness and the buckle between the legs has two available positions. As long as the 5-point harness is in place it is FAA approved... it is very light weight and streamline for plane seats. The latch clips are awesome and I am beyond impressed how easy this seat is to install in seconds (and uninstall.) We primarily have this seat in our Jeep Grand Cherokee which the car seat sits perfectly in; there is no tipping or gaps. The two cup holders we have put to use between toys and Sippy cups... they are not very deep which is not a bad thing you just wouldn't want to put a to go cup in them.On a side note: I purchased this car seat while on vacation when we decided to get a rental car and did not have a seat with us. We took it on the flight home and it fit perfectly in the plane seat (Frontier). Amazon offered free same day delivery and we could not be more impressed with the packaging and timeliness in which we received our item.

Great for booster, just OK for harness.
Review after 6 months of use;My son is now 5 and 45" and 40lbs and still able to use the 5pt harness on this seat. Shoulder straps still an issue digging into his neck/shoulders. There is no safe remedy for this problem. Unless evenflo has approved strap covers that come with/are offered for this seat by them third party strap covers are considered dangerous to be added on after. One of the cupholder keeps popping off when bumped at just the right spot. Easily pops back on but still annoying. The 2 straps 1 is always slightly longer then the other one making tightening a major pain. Overall I wish I would have gone with another seat.Pros: 5pt harness can be used much longer then a lot of other seats. Our son who is 43" tall and almost 5 is still able to be in the 5pt harness vs booster mode. Most other seats we tried he was too tall. Also has 2 cup holders which is great. Easy to install with latch system.Cons: found that trying to install via belt path was a bit difficult and couldn't get a safe install with the the belt (scion xB) had to use latches on the end instead of belt path in center seat. Also the 2 things that really bother me (well my son) is the shoulder straps dig into his neck a lot and he says it hurts. They are a bit too narrow. And there is no strap cover options safe or approved for this seat. Other issue is these straps tend to get easily tangled.Overall I think it's a great booster seat. It is an affordable option to keep tall toddlers in a 5pt harness for much longer then many other seats. I probably would not repurchase it though due to not being able to install it into my middle seat and the strap issue. There was a graco seat that was about $60 more then had a similar height fit for him that I wish I would have tried instead.

So far I highly recommend this car seat
So far I highly recommend this car seat. We originally purchased this for grandma and grandpa's car, but liked it so much we purchased another for ours!! The feature of auto tightening is worth its weight in gold! Can't believe no other car seat brands offer anything like this. For the price you can't beat it! Securing this car seat is a breeze, it literally is so quick and easy! It's lightweight but has enough padding that kids should be comfy for the most part. We have not tested it long distance but it seems as though it would be very easy to travel with. I took off one star because there are no strap covers included and the straps seem a little tight around my 3-year-old's neck. He is on the low end for height/ weight and is thin, but I still noticed the straps seem to dig in. I purchased after market strap covers that have seemed to help so they don't leave marks on his neck. The headrest also does seem to push his head a little forward, and it doesn't really recline. He doesn't seem bothered by it, but I can see how sleeping might be an issue-- like I said I haven't tested it on a long trip so I can't report on that part. I will update this post in the next coming months.
