Great scooter for a starter scooter
Great scooter for a starter scooter. Actually, more then you need but kids learn so fast and this is one scooter that will take a kid through learning and even doing some jumps and will keep up with any average neighborhood scooter and hold its own with the next level. Fast, sturdy and well put together and you won't tear it up or break a weld. The aluminum frame is sturdy and welds are very good. Great balance and good wheels. A good value for money.

Good starter scooter for a beginner at the skate parks
I like the scooter, the deck is short for adults, so it's a good thing my 7 y.o. is riding it. I thought it would be a pretty good competition against the mgp, but the bearing are already making noise after not even 45mins of use. (And yes, I noticed that time, cause we don't have much time at the skate park before the big kids show up.) So the wheels are already making noise similar to the 2 y.o. razor spark 2 scooter we already have. I had to replace the bearing is that one, now I'm guessing I'll have to replace these new bearings since they are already noisy. Funny that mgp scooter wheels don't have this issue. Otherwise, the deck tape came with a nice 4-5 inch wrinkle on it that won't press down. Thanks for the not so cool deck tape. Ah well, it's just going to get stepped on anyway. The last thing is that the stem of the scooter t-bar has a lot of wiggle movement (forward/backward) but it's not from poor clamping. Its from the fork stem attachment to the deck joint. There's lots of room in the deck joint for the fork stem for some reason, don't know if it's a design flaw or what, but I would have thought there would be a sturdier construction for that joint.overall, not a bad scooter, much better than the spark 2 for skate parks. And it's a good starter before my son. Hopefully the wheels themselves aren't the issue after I replace the bearings.

Great scooter for price, clamp sucks!
I saw this scooter when it was $99, then went to 60, then last weekend it was $35 so I jumped on it. 10/2/16. Now it's at 60. I love the scooter, bought it for my 6 year old. It's his 3rd scooter and 2nd razor. He just kept breaking the cheap folding ones so I decided to get him a "pro" model. The deck, wheels, brake, head tube, bearings are great quality and light. The handle bars are a little short for me "5'11" but my son who is 6 is a little short for them. Good height for age 8 like it says until 15 or so. You can always get taller bars. The grips are ok but man the bars are WIDE. The clamp is the worst part. Google pytel compression clamp. I read the instructions, watched razors how to vid and some other how tos. Just can't keep this clamp tight. I'll prolly ditch it for a razor triple clamp. It's the worst part of the scooter

This is buy far the worst scooter I have ever purchased
All four of my kids ride scooters a lot and do tricks at the skate park. This is buy far the worst scooter I have ever purchased. Worthless. The problem is the clamp it is a compression style clamp and will NOT stay tight. 20 min of riding and its all lose and wobbling again. I even contacted Razor to make sure I was using it correctly. Its just a terrible system that ruins an otherwise fine scooter.

bars wabble to much ok
i bought this scooter for beginner tricks when i got it out of the box it look really nice but when i but it together the bolt striped and the forks are way to small for the head tube so the bars moved back about a inch and forward about a inch like razors foldables grips and grip tape where both okay bearing are fine but plastic core wheels are not the best but still okay i would say if you want a real pro scooter to take to a skate park buy a district mgp lucky grit crisp envy ao or a phoenix pro scooter but it would be great if the bars did not wabble headset and deck where durabilityand great. thank you

Great Investment!
bought 3 of these for 3 13 year old boys that were already skilled in scootering. Wonderful investment! Completely worth the price. They LOVE them and ride them for hours at a time. Hold up awesome!

Much shorter than a regular scooter
Heads up - BTW Amazon - I wish it was possible to post a warning without giving the item stars - I don't feel like I can really review the scooter because I returned it. There is (/was) a question where someone asked if a 5'11" person would be too short - and the answer was possibly but 5'9" used it fine. Well - I thought ok my 4'5" son would be fine. This is a trick scooter that is a fixed height. It is actually too short for my 11 year old because even though he does tricks with a regular scooter - this is a whole different animal. As a parent - if you are buying for a kid who has not used a trick scooter - be aware the sizing is not the same.

Five stars. Well built. Sturdy solid.
My ten year old (5 foot in height) son loves his new ultra pro. His second razor (first one was a foldable) which i did some front end research on. My goal was to purchase a scooter that provides high performance/pro ride like feel, built well, high quality, easy to attach after market third party made non oem parts (eg wheels, grips, wheel pegs etc.), and is easy to ride and use for an eleven year old boy. Results: The ultra pro is a evolutionary step up and advancement from the foldable razors...The ultra pro is a one piece (ie does not fold) and is a solid well made kick trick scooter. Considering the higher performing razors (eg pro, prox, proxx, proxxx, ultra pro) I decided to purchase the ultra pro because of the handle bar height was a tiny bit higher (0.7" taller; total of 21.7" in handle bar height) and the handle bars slightly longer (3" longer; total of 21" in handbar length) than the razor pro xx (which is itself a fabulous scooter). They are not adjustable handlebars so it's best to get a sense of measurement prior to purchase. However the ever slightly smaller razor pro x/xx/xxx would have been sufficient for most (even adults).Bottom line. The ultra pro is one of razor's best high performing models and comes with smooth wheel bearings. Amazons price point is great. Shipment for prime members awesome as always.Highly recommend this model vs the others like the fuzion x3/x5 or the vokul vk3.

Divertido!
Una excelente adquisición, muy buena fabricación, bastante resistente, buenas ruedas y baleros, el único defecto que le veo desde mi punto de vista es que los grips del manubrio son un poco rígidos, nada que no se pueda cambiar después.
