Bought these as a gift

These were bought for a gift for my husband, he'd loved them as a kid. He did enjoy them overall, but a bit disappointed as the centre wasn't a liquid/sauce, the way they used to be. There wasn't any left, and I would get them again.

They aren’t quite as good as when I was younger the juicy bit in the middle is missing, but I keep buying them so yes they are good.

My husband loved these fruits when they were made by Terry’s of York. So when I saw them I purchased them.However these are not the same they used to have liquid fruit centres absolutely delicious.These sweets are very good but like any other fruit pastiles we can buy in the UK.

My son had always liked Newberry fruits because of the liquid centre. I bought some when he was a small boy and he ate most of them sneaking them out of the box. To this day he still loves them and that's why I bought them for Easter instead of an Easter egg. He is now a 42 year old who still likes them for a treat from his mum.

Absolutely delicious.
