Seirus Innovation 2905 Weathershield Stormsock - Windproof, Waterproof, Breathable Sock

Supposedly these socks are good for cold weather wear. I would really like to have tried them for that purpose. UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE SO SMALL THAT I CAN'T GET THEM ON even though I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. Previous reviewers mentioned this same problem.These things are ridiculously small. My wife, who wears women's size 7 shoes, can't get these on her foot. Bear in mind I ordered these one size larger than I usually wear and I wear men's 11 1/2 shoes. I would give this product zero stars but that isn't possible. Don't waste your money - buy SmartWool socks or REI's in-house brand of socks.

I've had only one pair of Stormcocks over the last decade or so which I found at a ski shop near Snowshoe, WV, and it is the best winter sock I have ever owned! I've used them frequently, and even wound up burning a hole in the outer layer of the sock (probably got too close to a fire while camping at some point), yet they have continued to keep my feet warm. I decided to purchase two more pairs, just in case my old ones finally wear out. 8-)

I gave this Product 3 Stars because it is water proof as described; however, along with all the other reviewers I found this item a extremely tight fit. I wear about medium sized socks so when I read the reviews I ordered the Large size of this product; however, when the product arrived I still had extremely difficult time getting the sock on. So I do recommend the product because it does provide water resistance extremely well; although, I recommend purchasing probably 2 or 3 sizes larger than you think just to be safe.

My feet were always cold in my wetsuit boots while out kitesurfing in the fall and spring . This did the trick of keeping them warm. Its made of flexible soft material and is of good quality.

I cannot hype these up enough. These are wonderful! I wear a thin pair of sock with these, and my feet never get cold. And they hold up very well. I run 30-50 miles/week with these during the winter, and they're still like new. If you've never worn these before here is a little info on them. These fit just like a wetsuit on your feet. They are not stretchy and are difficult to put on compared to socks. Your feet will get wet when you run through water; however, your feet will NOT get cold!

Was super excited about these, but I would say they are more water resistant.

These socks are great for those long cold rides on the motorcycle. As the other reviews stated they are tight, but that's the way they are supposed to be. The first couple of times I tried taking the socks off, I got a little frustrated. Now I've found the trick to taking them off with no issues.
