I thought this was a little bit pricey, but the quality is amazing! My 4th grade song was excited about all the compartments to put school supplies. There are places for pencils, erasers, colored pencils, and whatever else you’d like! Most of all, this was the ONLY pencil case of this style that had a cool pattern that wasn’t intended for little bitty kids! All I could find was astronauts and dinosaurs and just not really mature looking patterns, so I was thrilled to find the sports one! My son LOVES it!!!! Even though it was more costly than comparable ones, it is worth it I think! I’d love to see more designs or even plain solid colored ones.

He saw one at school and requested this specific brand. It had to be Hot Focus. Being Grandma of course I got it for him. Others were less expensive but did not have all the features. I did wonder if it was used or just carried in the backpack. I was picking him up from school one evening when the after school program was still going on-this is a great program where a teacher helps with homework and kids are given a meal while waiting for the bus home. Well there he was using the Hot Focus organizer, including the calculator. Other classmates were also borrowing it. It is a big hit with kids keeping them organized and helping with schoolwork. Then to my surprise I heard teenagers saying they had wanted one also when younger. Even homeschoolers. So if you have kids you will not go wrong with this.

I bought this for my son because I had annn vin original Disney case from the 1990s. All of the buttons work and it does take a beating. Pencil sharpener is really good and he has a lot of fun with it.
