I like the product

It's the same with any supplement: unless you are noticeably unwell to start with, clearly due to deficiency in the nutrient claimed to be supplied by the product, you just have to take the manufacturer's word for it that it does contain what they say, and that it does have the desired effects. My liver function came up good at a recent annual check-up, and my mental function isn't deteriorating any more than I'd expect at my age, so maybe this works.Anyway it's a reasonably priced 'insurance', so I'd recommend and buy again - why not.

When you have liver disease, finding the right supplements can be a bit hit and miss. I struggled with LivPro and I struggled with those supplements which contained excess Milk Thistle. I have had no issues with this product, but every individual is different.

I used this item alongside 5htp for 'brain fog'. It seems to work, I feel more clarity and my general memory has improved. I'm no expert but this product may only work if you have a deficiency in the first place though.

This is the best amount of easily absorbed choline. I did my research and all choline is not the same, bitartrate is the best type for the liver. Easy to take and well packaged with speedy deliver. Good product thank you
