I have gotten in the habit of taping my mouth at night to ensure I breathe through my nose. I was ordering specific mouth tape, but I have found this tape to be way more effective and affordable.It holds all night, and I only need a small amount of it. And, it tears very easily so there is no need to use scissors. Most mouth tape I have used doesn't last me through the night, but this does. I only have to use a little over an inch of tape and it holds. At this rate, this tape is way more affordable than other options.One review mentioned the tape leaving residue when used as mouth tape. I personally have noted a small amount of sticky residue on my lips in the morning, but it is insignificant and went away quickly, especially after I showered.

My husband has health issues with his leg that involve keeping it lightly wrapped in gauze and this is the tape that bothers his leg & skin the least. I tried more than five different tapes with a lot of product and $ wasted when they irritated him.
