So 30 days ago I was told at my annual blood work exam my hemoglobin was at a 10 and that I was anemic. I researched this brand and decided to try it based on the reviews that shared levels increasing.I only bought the 30 day to see if I could get some positive results. These pills taste terrible but have no burp aftertaste. My stools were also not affected at all.I did new blood work, 3 pills before empty, and my hemoglobin was at a 12! This supplement WORKS. The improved difference in my body (temperature, bloodflow, fatigue, etc) is definitely noticeable when I take this with actual consistency.Didn't feel constipated at all but that's a possible side effect so be aware. I don't like the taste so I take with OJ which is also supposed to improve absorbance of the iron anyway.
