## Questions & Answers

**Q: Ive had my mat 7 months but the grip has completed gone.  Ive only cleaned it with water. Any suggestions how to grt the grip back please?**
A: Try weak solution of lemon juice in water. Have you used moisturiser before practicing? Sometimes that can cause this

**Q: is it slippery?**
A: No it’s super grippy even with sweaty hands and feet! I’ve not done Hot Yoga on it thou.
