This is good for breath. If you read the ingredients of most other mouthwashes, they often do not have the necessary agents for fresh breath that lasts longer than an hour or so. This is because they are primarily made to either address cavities or gum disease (caused by different kinds of bacteria). Few are primarily made for fresh breath. Of those that are, this product has the most effective agents for reducing halitosis-producing bacteria and neutralize smelly sulfur compounds.Don't take my word for it. I'm an anonymous commenter. Do the research! But, be aware that most sites are either funded by big pharma or articles and blogs that parrot each other. You can try checking Wiki and checking their sources. There are excellent studies that test the mouthwashes to determine their effectiveness and this product has done very well across the board. They are produced in Spain so if you are one of those dihard made in America consumers, just go swish a worthless mouthful of Scope or suck on a candy cane for (basically) the same result.

This mouthwash seems to work better than any other one I have tried and I have tried many. It has more active ingredients than we use in this country. Both the toothpaste and wash keep my mouth feeling fresh all day. Will definitely reorder.
