It's a shame when a product is well engineered but is ruined by an atrociously bad manual. The manual refers to parts that are nonexistent. For example, it tells you to adjust a screw numbered 527, when the parts list stops at 526. The person who wrote the manual for this tool should be fired. Additionally, due to cost cutting, the pictures in the manual must have been photocopied from a photocopy of a photocopy. It is so blurry you can't tell if you're looking at a stapler or a picture of Mount Everest. So basically I spent an hour trying to figure out how to adjust the staple cinch and depth. A few diagrams properly done would have shown a user how to do that in 30 seconds. What a shame that the final easy step, the documentation, ruined a perfectly good tool Don't buy this unless you're a pro, or you'll end up feeling pretty frustrated.

Replaced a lost one... thank goodness
