Unfortunately in today's world, you expect something to like this to last 20 years, but chances are that the manufacturer gets sold every 5 years to another conglomerate so you really can't rate the quality by residential useage and how long it lasts. Even if it has no quality and doesn't last more that a year, complaining at that time will not fix it.

They should do better.
Bought a new home in 2021 with this model Zurn Wilkins 1-375 1" 375 Reduced Pressure Backflow Preventer. After 1-1/2 years it started leaking out the bottom. Tried buying a kit to repair it and that did not work, so we bought a new identical replacement last summer. Winterized it for the Texas winter by draining it and wrapping it with insulation and covered it. Weather finally improved where we need to water our lawn and guess what, the new replacement also started leaking after only two weeks of use this month. This model Zurn is not cheap. $555 on Amazon, $568 at Zurn. I do not recommend you buy this. The backflow preventer test technician the City makes us hire for annual testing, told my wife this model is junk. We had automatic yard sprinklers in Oregon that came with the house and that backflow preventer was still working 23 years later when we moved.
