This drill has not disappointed me at all. It can get through so far anything I have wanted it to. Worth the money.

Six months old and used lightly, occasionally. Last week I needed it to drill fixing holes for a new kitchen. The chuck failed and I was unable to tighten it. Contacted the supplier who could not be bothered to reply. Contacted DeWalt customer service. They said they would email a returns label. Never arrived.What surprised me is that DeWalt is part of Stanley/Black and Decker. My advice. Buy Makita or Bosch or another brand brand. I am disappointed in the lack of back up with an expensive tool. Don’t waste your money.

I love this drill. Had an old bosch PSR-18 where the battery was not charging (probably need to get new battery). But this drill is an upgrade and does everything i need around the home.

Have had many cheaper brands of cordless. This make is evidence you get what you pay for. You can feel the power as soon as you pull the trigger. Just wish i had bought this before I built my decking. My only negative is the instruction manual (not that I needed one) has the parts numbered but no description which could confuse a diy novice.
