I tried to return but the seller does not respond and does provide instructions for the return. The phone number provided is not in service. Review: A Bit Pricy But You Get What You Pay For! - I expected this to be weighty...it isn't. I expected this to have some sort of frosted glass for by the appearance of it. It does not. What it does have is outstanding looks. Lightweight and heavy and wide base feet to keep it steady and it is steady. You will not trip over the feet as they are flush with the uprights. After being sticker shocked by other similar products...I settled on this because of the looks. It looks exactly like the picture - no lighting tricks. Aesthetically it is over the top pleasing. Privacy - it does the job and again looks good doing it. It is not cumbersome and can easily be moved around all day without a trip to the hospital with a blown out back. Very easy to assemble though the instructions could be shortened and save you time - a few steps are not needed. My desk chair weights more than the partition. Customers have commented on how it looks in the small office. It's perfect anyone who wants to work in an environment that makes them feel like they are home and not is some government dungeon a mile under the earth! Highly recommend! I am buying another.
