Amazing!
Definitely a great product, esp. if you had any kind of knee surgery and need to elevate your knee. Helped with my knee rehab a lot by keeping my knee elevated for 20-30 mins 2-3 times a day. 🙌🏽

World changing pillow!!!! Woke up back-pain-free!!!!
I was too lazy to pull off my shows for pics, but as my feet are dangling you can still see the fit. I am only 5'1", female, and I have lower disc problems - my problem specifically is when I sleep, if there's any arch in my back, my lower discs start pinching together, pinching all night so in the morning I can't stand leaning forward (as one would to brush your teeth over the sink for example). I've had a hard time getting a pillow that elevated my knees/calves well enough so my tail bone was also tucked under a bit so that I didn't still have some small arch. This has helped me get that neutral position with my spine so I sleep without pain. This pillow is just a little bit taller than the 8" pillows. I have an older 'memory foam' one that has since become too soft, too squished. I had purchased it via a prescription to a back store for my spine, and that extra softness was always too low I realize and I always had to stack more pillows on top of it. Some complain that this one is too hard - it *is* firmer than the memory foam kind, but it is still soft... it's not hard like a pool noodle foam, more like the arm of a couch or something. Not as much give. But too soft really defeats the purpose of the additional inches. This pillow on its own is tall enough for me, but I also tend to use an additional "california king" type long pillow across it because my goal is raising my knees up enough that they are really tented. One could use a flat memory foam pillow across it if they really worried about cushion. I think this is high enough by itself... but my back feels so glorious this morning that I love the current combo.Yes, my feet hang off the end, and as I pointed out, I am short. I prefer that. I have found with pillows like this if your feet are raised on the pillow as well, the blankets will press hard on the tops of your feet. If your feet hang off the end, the blankets rest normally rather than pushing hard against your toes. This might not work for someone with an ankle issue, you'd need either a much longer pillow or two I guess. You could use 2 tall end to tall end! :)Ideally, considering i use another pillow with it, perhaps i'd need an even taller pillow, but this one worked. I haven't tried it without the additional pillow, but the absence of pain this morning... I will probably keep doing what I'm doing. Hope this helps you figure out if it would work for your issues, because I found the thing that worked for me!!

I bought this InteVision Ortho Bed Wedge because of a partially ruptured achilles tendon injury. I am currently in a half cast but will be in a walking boot cast in the future.I was told that I should keep my foot elevated above my heart to help with inflammation.I had been just using pillows previous to this purchase. But they would fall down and it actually wasn't very comfortable. As well adding any more pressure on the back on my heel was unbearable. So I started doing my own research looking into finding a bed wedge that would be suitable for my needs.Reasons I chose this one over others I found:1. Two layer memory foam on top.2. The removable washable coverOther ones I had seen were described as uncomfortable, and this is something that was pretty important seeing as I spend a great deal of time laying down with my legs propped up.I am a clean freak, so hygiene is very important to me. The cover is very soft to the touch, and the fact that it can be washed is a must for me.I was worried that the size my not accommodate my long legs. I am almost 6' tall and my legs are very long. But this wedge is awesome. It is so comfortable that I will be using it after I have recovered and healed from this injury. My feet dangle off the end of it making it more comfortable for the area where I am injured. This wedge exceeded my expectations. The price for what you get is awesome.I appreciate that it came compressed so that the shipping charges weren't more costly. There was that odd chemical odour when I first received it. But I read on the packaging that smell is normal so I didn't worry. I did let it sit for 24 hours once I opened it. That helped air it out. Now the odour is completely gone. This has to be one of the best purchases I have made for my home care. I would recommend this to any one suffering from a lower leg injury.I have read that it is also healthy to rest and sleep in this type of position when you are healthy.Buy this you won't be disappointed.

Useful
A useful product, but find it a bit too high for the length of my thighs.
