Comfortable and stylish office chair
I have been looking for a WFH chair that is both stylish and comfortable and this chair is perfect for both. Style-wise, the chair looks very sleek and modern. Love the color options as well - the white looks great in person. The chair is comfortable and offers good back support. The back is adjustable, so you can keep it more upright or allow it to rock back.All of the parts are highly quality - easy to lift/lower, adjust seat back, and it rolls smoothly. Also assembly is easy. One person can put it together by themself and everything you need is included in the box.

Supportive
Great chair. Will definitely buy again. Comfortable, supporting, stylish. I hope it stands up to the day to day use and I don't have to replace it like my last chair. Buy it, it's a good chair when you can't afford the $1000 one!

Absorbs dye from clothing, can't clean
The chair and others like it (I bought several) is fine except that the finish picks up and absorbs dye from people's clothing, which won't come off, so it looks a quite dingy.Our white chair is in a less matte finish are easier to clean and seem to be aging better.

Best I’ve owned
Best office chair I’ve ever owned...no joke. Put rollerblade wheels on and wow. Sweet.

Crackling is real
Chair is comfortable and initially looks great! However, it stains easily called crackling. This is not covered in the warranty. Make sure use a good seal prior to sitting on the chair. I have had continuous issues with discoloration from just sitting in jeans. Customer service is responsive, but confirmed they could not do anything as crackling is not covered. They did offer a small rebate.

Great chair, but doesn't last over time. I'm searching for a replacement covering.
I still like the chair, but there should be someone selling new covers so owners can update them and/or change colors.

Great value for the money.
As an owner of a Eames Herman Miller chain and wanting a less expensive alternative for another space, I could not have been happier with this chair especially considering the price. It is sturdy, comfortable, and looks great!
