Really nice product
I was really hesitant to buy this, because most of the reviews seem to be negative! I'm really glad I did, because it is a really awesome clock. First off, I don't and would never use this as a feeding system. That part makes no sense to me at all (smartphone apps do that better!) BUT, as a clock and nightlight - this thing is awesome! Gives out just the amount of light needed. The music is a nice feature, although it is kind of loud. I will probably put a small piece of fabric to muffle it a bit. But otherwise, I would definitely recommend for a baby/toddler room!

The white noise function has been a life saver and I like the light indicator for temperature
Have been using this for my son for 2.5 years and have never had a problem. The white noise function has been a life saver and I like the light indicator for temperature. The button size is fine and I find it very easy to use. Never really used the nursing log function as I used an app on my phone for that. It is pricey but has lasted a long time without a sign of wearing out any time soon. The small size also makes it very easy to travel with when we visit the in-laws or go out of town.

but I feel like it is way overpriced
This product does what it says, but I feel like it is way overpriced. I wish the volume could go louder. It's aesthetically pleasing and looks great in my son's nursery, and the temperature feature has been really handy. I didn't use the nursing feature. If you plan to use batteries instead of a wall plug in, note that they will drain fairly quickly.

LOVE! But expensive
I wish I had bought this for my first child. I do not use the feeding timer, but use this for the clock, thermometer, night light and white noise machine. This is great. Has a vareity of volume levels, which is important after that recent stdy came out about loud white noise not being good for babies. Newsflash - you shouldnt be blaring white noise in your kids' ears or have the noise machine in their cribs. Anways, I am always worried it is too cold in my son's room. The nightlight glows white when the temperature is just right (according to I believe the AAP standards, but read the product details to confirm) and blue when too cold and red when too warm. Bonus, this looks cute and like decor in your child's room unlike ugly humidifiers. The only drawback with this product is that it is way too expensive. But, I like it so much that I am going to buy for my next friend that has a baby becuase I know consider it one of my must-have baby items.

Great
We bought this as a room temp, night light and clock. It serves it's purpose.Annoyingly, if the power goes out you have to reset the clock...seriously annoying. And, yes, I agree with other reviewers that sound machine is quite loud (even turned down).I do not agree that the light is too bright. We do not plan to have it right next to baby's head but instead across the room. It sheds enough light to aid in a diaper change in the middle of the night. As for colors...red for too hot, white for just right and blue for too cold. It is great.Would buy again and recommend!

Not worth it.
I purchased this item because I liked the idea-- a nightlight, white noise machine, clock, thermometer and nursing app all in one? And it looked cute without being too kitschy? Sign me up!After 6 months of use, however, I am not thrilled with it. Here are the major problems:1) The light is VERY bright-- I have to keep it covered at night, which completely defeats the purpose of having a clock.2) The white noise is TERRIBLE. I have three white noise machines at home-- two more expensive Lectrofans (love 'em!) and one cheap SleepEasy. Both have very different sounds, but good quality. The Serenity Star, on the other hand, has a high-pitched static-y sound (which is exactly what you DON'T want for babies). I still had to go get another real white noise machine, which is ridiculous considering the price I paid for this. This was my biggest disappointment.3) The darn thing is ridiculously top heavy! I can not tell you the number of times I have accidentally knocked it over while recording a feeding. A loud CRASH is not exactly conducive to a calm night feeding, which was the reason I was using this instead of bothering with a paper and pencil.4) You can't display both the time of your last feeding and the temperature. You might know the approximate range (thanks to the color of the light), but if you want to know the temperature you have to figure out the correct button (which is on the back of the unit).5) The functionality is not great. After a month or so of use it became second nature to record the feeding time or turn on the noise, but if I want to see the temperature, or change the kind of noise, or set the time, I have to turn it around and squint at the labels (or worse, dig out the manual).Overall, the only thing that works here is the appearance (it is really pretty). Would not buy it again.
