Omg get it! So if I eat certain foods especially bread, pasta or rice my body gets constipated. Or if I don’t drink enough water. They taste great which is crazy because they actually work. Now I’m able to make a bowel movement very often after meals. Consistently. Very easy to use i bring it everywhere! It definitely helps you digest food better so you don’t feel gassy or hungry. I never run out of Papaya Enzyme. I always have a bottle of it in the fridge. In my opinion, it is the best thing for an upset stomach and heartburn. I first tried Papaya Enzyme over 32-years ago when I was pregnant with my son and experiencing heartburn, and I have used it for that ever since. For bug bites (including mosquito,) bee stings, and blackberry bush/rose bush thorn pricks, I crushed some tablets, add a touch of warm water to create a paste, and apply it to the affected area to relieve the itch and pain. It is a great meat tenderizer, too !! I throw a few in with meat I am marinading...yes, it is true !! I can't recall where I first heard about it as a tenderizer, but it works. I've been pleased with this brand. They taste great and are a very good value.

We have been taking this for probably 5+ years. It helps with my horrible stomach aches every time. Even my not so horrible ones.

The established reviews are congratulatory, however, my gums are old and sensitive. Chewing these acidic tablets caused a inflammatory response, despite using a milk drink chase. Ouch, sore mouth for a fortnight.
