Omg get it! So if I eat certain foods especially bread, pasta or rice my body gets constipated. Or if I don’t drink enough water. They taste great which is crazy because they actually work. We have been taking this for probably 5+ years. It helps with my horrible stomach aches every time. Even my not so horrible ones.

The established reviews are congratulatory, however, my gums are old and sensitive. Chewing these acidic tablets caused a inflammatory response, despite using a milk drink chase. Ouch, sore mouth for a fortnight.
