This is the best appetite suppressant I have EVER used. Really. I was put on thyroid medication six months ago and one of the side effects was hunger. I thought it couldn't be that bad. Was I ever wrong. I kid you not, I could eat a lumberjack sized breakfast and leave for work and be hungry by the time I got to the end of my driveway! I ate at my desk all morning and it was completely out of control. In four months I packed on fifteen pounds and was miserable, depressed, and because I could no longer button my pants, had to tuck the button tab inside. Yeah, that bad. I tried every other thing on the market from the gummies to green tea. I mean how much green tea can someone drink? On a whim, I took a chance on this. I don't take it like it says to do before meals because I don't really overeat at meals. It's the other 23 hours of the day that bother me. So I do eat a good breakfast and then an hour later when paper is starting to even look good, I take two of these with a full glass of water and for about six hours I truly, truly do NOT experience hunger. I eat lunch and then do the same thing mid-afternoon. In fact, just the other day I went to bed and thought OMG, I didn't eat dinner! I didn't! I was busy and didn't even think about it. I figure if this product can stop the hunger pangs of a medication side effect it would be really good for someone who is having a hard time with dieting. I am losing weight and can "almost" (not quite there yet) button my pants again. I've already ordered another three bottles because I do not want to be without this stuff. It really is that good, for me anyway.

I did research and read the product reviews. I thought this product would be different than the others on the market. However after taking it as directed for 3 weeks I have seen no results! By now I should be smart enough to know there are no quick fixes when it comes to weight loss. however for the price I paid I would have hoped for some results. I am truly disappointed! I wish I would have used the $50 on something else.

Since taking this, I have actually lost about 15 pounds. Started taking it in October and it is now April. I'm amazed at how it helps with sugar cravings. I take a lot of naturals now, even for diabetes and hypothyroidism and I'm amazed at what organic and natural alternatives can really do. I know there are some negative comments, but if you're not approaching weight loss from all aspects, you can defeat what good you are doing. Plenty and I mean almost nothing but water is so much better for you. I use to take depression medicine....for years (About 20 yrs). Stopped cold turkey ( but talk to your Dr), drink tons of water, Now Mood Support, Selenium, liquid iodine, chromium, Rhodeolla, digestive enzymes, B12, I have never felt better without Prozac, hypothyroidism meds. It ALL works together. Put naturals in your body NOT synthetic garbage man made. Do your homework and research the best products out there. If ya pay cheap, you get what you pay for, cheap results!! And don't give up. I'm a 55 yr old grandmother, and if I can go from drinking sodas and swearing I'd never drink water, to virtually no sodas, ANYONE can do it!!
