Cover for germination and you will be successful!
I bought these on the second week of May in spite all the bad reviews of people not getting one single germination. I probably waited two or three days after receiving the seeds until I could read the instructions carefully and had time to sow them. I used a tray with potting soil and got the tray inside a paper bag from the store. I had the tray indoors as I live in zone 6. The seeds are tine and when these started sprouting, they looked so fragile! When the danger of frost passed, I got them outside and some died because the sun was too much for them. I actually planted “chunks” of the dirt with the tiny plants in a big pot and kept the soil moist every day. This made the plants grow, and since I never separated them since they germinated, they looked like clumps. I tried transplanting one clump on the ground three weeks ago (first week of June)but they didn’t do well and died or were eating by earwigs. So, I let the rest grow on the pot until they were a little bit stronger and finally planted them in the ground on new potting soil and watered them right away and kept them wet for the next couple of days. Pictures are from 6 days after transplanting them to the ground. I gently separated the clumps and now I am happy to report that they are already started to bloom. I am so excited and I hope that they can get like the picture on the listing for this product. I will come back for more seeds for next year.

They said the seeds needed to overwinter but mine didn’t do so well. Needed more water.
No luck last year. I will try again this spring.
