About 17-18 inches very comfortable sitting height.

So is this truly red cedar or is it a natural color as shown?

I saw a review that said it isn't red cedar. Mine is a natural color like the one shown, and I really like it. I don't know enough about Western woods to know what color Western red cedar is. I've put in enough fenceposts to know that Eastern red cedar has a variety of colors.
