Wow. I am very impressed with this product. The bulbs itself is so nice. Its like a moth ball meaning well covered and not delicate. Most lights like this the bulbs are delicate since they can easily break. These ones are tough.Because they are very long, some bulbs actually dropped on the floor. I thought it will not work (like others) but its as if nothing happened. They remained intact and working perfectly well.Also, the length of this is long (as you can see in the pictures). It is a.good length. Very good for parties outside.Different modes of blinking. At appears one side per colour but in actual fact, its alternate which is so nice. You can also co trol the brightness. Bright or you can dim it as much as you like.This actually changed my mind with regards to lights like this. Would defo buy another one.Even my partner liked it.Highly recommended. It's good for any occasions. Can't really fault this product... apart from they could have added battery in the pack 😁

I bought these to put around my lounge window to create a little mood lighting at night. These better operated lights are doing the trick just nicely. They fit along the top of the curtain pole and back 4 times with a nice drop in the middle.The best feature is the 8 hour timer. You set them up once and then they come on for hours, and off for 16. This is a bonus because if you forget to turn them off or nod off to sleep, it’s not too big a deal because they turn themselves off!There is 8 different modes including fast flash, pulse, chase etc. I choose to have them on the soft pulse mode where 2 colours dim down and the other 2 come on. The colours are nice pastel shades, and not really bright in your face lights which is good for setting the atmosphere.The remote control is a handy function too, and has came in useful a couple of times to change the settings of the lights.The batteries in the lights lasted around 2 weeks on the 8 hour setting before dying right down. I am very happy with them so far!

I am a beginner with outdoor lights and I was a bit confused by these at first. Out of the box they are pure white - I thought I had been sent the wrong set. When we plugged them in indoors they looked pastel coloured - I was a bit disappointed. In daylight on the tree they didn't look like they were working at all - I thought we had broken them. However, in the dark they are the strong primary colours we expected. The remote control does work and you can have eight different patterns. However, it only operates a few inches away from the battery box - I had been hoping to turn them off at night by opening the window and using the remote from indoors. That is my only criticism.

The lights were fine. Not as bright as I would have liked but o.k. Probably best suited to an outdoor party than outdoor Christmas decoration. Could not get them to work as timed lights and I am not a novice with timed lights, I have another 7 sets of timed lights for outdoor trees. The remote worked however so I could put them on and off from indoors. All in all o.k. And wil use them again next Christmas.. They do appear to be very robust. They have now been dried off and stored for next year with batteries removed to avoid corrosion.

Nice set of LED colored lights. As it states the lights and controller are waterproof but to be extra safe I wrapped the controller in a small plastic bag. I was able to access with the remote control all the settings on the controller from within the house. As you can see from the photo the lights were placed on a small fir tree and looked great. The light bulbs are globe like in shape and are not clear but frosted. I had hoped the light emitted would be brighter but was still satisfied with the overall result. The remote control is quite generic and works at 2.4 ghz. The build quality is strong and sturdy and over Christmas 2019 experienced all sorts of weather and still worked perfectly each time they were switched on. I would recommend them and would buy again.

The media could not be loaded.  When I opened the box I immediately inserted batteries, I was very disappointed because the colours were very muted. Nevertheless I hung them up outside and that evening I switched them on . Absolutely stunned to find that the subdued lights were bright as anything . We love them great value for money. They are on a timer so we won’t use the remote control but I can imagine if they were hung inside that would be useful .

Bought these ready for next year as we don't like the way our old lights on our new tree. Used them in the garden just before Christmas and they were brilliant. Love the colours and the remote control.They were left out in the rain overnight and there were no adverse effects.This was the third set we bought and were almost £4 cheaper than the first two sets but I have to say, while the lights and string appear identical, the battery box doesn't seem quite as robust as the first 2 sets. Time will tell if this will be an issue

These are nice bright lights but the timer function doesnt work properly - you can turn them on using the timer function and they will go off after around 6 hours but wont come back on again - you have to turn them on and put them in timer mode every single time you want to use them, obviously faulty.Also the mode changed randomly - faulty & poor quality control, if any.
