I have been purchasing this product for years...usually at Costco as it is a Kirkland brand. But since we don't live near one, I was so happy to find them on Amazon. CoQ10 is a must for any older person especially and one who is on high blood pressure medicine.The enzyme production in the body decreases with age and this supplement is definitely one that enhances the cell integrity. Dosage is perfect...I take 2 am and pm.

Two different Medical Doctors have told me that is I use any kind of a 'Statin' to also take CoQ10 . 300 mgs is the size where results are noticeable enough to tell if they are doing well for you.I take one a day when I take my "Atorvastitin." Works for me.

Co-Q10 was recommended by my neurologist to reduce the frequency of migraines. She showed me some small trials in which some supplements helped reduce migraine frequency and I was on all of them but Co-Q10 in addition to my prescription medication so I tried them.
