THIS KETTLE LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT I EXPECTED IT IS SO LIGHT TO HANDLE AND REALLY LOOKS SO CLASSY .I AM DELIGHTED THAT IT HAS FITTED IN WELL WITH ALL MY OTHER GADGETS I HAVE IN MY KITCHEN.I CHOSE THIS ONE AS IT HAS A REALLY GOOD CLEAR WINDOW TO GUAGE THE WATER LEVEL WHICH IS SO MUCH EASIER TO SEE THAN MOST MODELS BEING SOLD TODAY. THIS IS IDEAL FOR OLDER CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY WHEN STRUGGLING WITH POOR EYESIGHT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STUNNING PRODUCT YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY THING BETTER THAN THIS AND NOW SELLING AT A BARGAIN PRICE TOO. THIS IS THE NEW UPGRADED 2020 MODEL AND WHAT A LOVELY SUPRISE TO FIND IT IS 100 PER CENT PERFECT

It did have a plastic Taste initially but washed it out thoroughly a few times!

As previous reviewer says there is a plastic taste to tea to begin with but soon disappears.A quiet, fast boiling kettle which is well worth the price,

I have been very happy with the quality of this item. It is BPA free and this makes a difference. I particularly like how this kettle keeps the water a boiling point for a good few seconds so you get the best cup of tea. My previous kettle boiled and stopped too quickly for me. Lightweight and easy to handle.

very good it is excellent in the short time it takes to come to boil

Only just started using the kettle & so far really pleased with it. It's not very loud, pours well, doesn't take too long to boil and looks nice. I boiled a full kettle of water a couple of times before using it & after haven't had any smell or taste from it.

So far its working ok but a lot of steam escapes from the lid when it boils also its not lightweight & the lid feels very flimsy you have to push it up fully to fill with water & this action feels as if you are likely to break the lid. We have extremely hard water in our area & after only 2 uses I found the inside of the kettle full of limescale. Other kettles bought in the past have taken at least 2 months to get to this state
