**Q: Does nytol really help you get your zzzzzz’s???**
A: It works, but you should try it on a night where you don't have to get up at a specific time the next morning as people react to it differently.  It just helps me get to sleep and I'm fine in the morning; other family members sleep for 18 hours after taking it.  So, plan accordingly until you know how it's going to hit you.

**Q: Can you return sleep aids if they do not work?**
A: no.
