When I pulled it out of the box, one side was not attached and there was a small piece of bamboo that looks like it was once a "stop" for one side just flailing around in the box. I'm just going to set it in the drawer with that side closed and use it anyway. I do like it even tho it is not 100% usable. It looks so much better than the plastic drawer dividers. After reading the reviews and knowing that I needed a larger expansion for my why drawers I decided to try these. They are great. They are not cheaply made they are heavy they glide open and closed very easily. The seller also called me to try and get me to leave a review.
