This actually states that it's a Sulforaphane producing product. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. I take one a day with water. No bad taste. No stomach issues ever. I'm hoping that this will help cleanse my body and help with immune support. I don't feel any different, but I hope it's working on the inside. It also has other good ingredients that I like - moringa, vitamin C, broccoli seed & sprout. The bottle has 75 tablets. It's expensive. I wish it was a little cheaper.
