Zone Perfect Macros Protein Bars, Fruity Cereal, 20 Count

I've had a lot of bad protein bars and not a lot of good ones. I've had protein bars that were chalky, left a film in your mouth, or were just god awful. I took a chance upon reading the reviews and decided to try the fruity cereal bar. I usually get 20g protein bars but maybe that is my problem. I was blown away by how good these taste. I feel like I just put a big spoon into a bowl of Fruity Pebbles. I was also shocked that it has 2g of sugar! Usually when something taste good there's a reason. These have been a great meal replacement when I go to work and it doesn't set off my calories for the day. I will continue to buy these and cannot wait to try other flavors!

Theres no way this is the same bar ive been buying for years. I normally love these bars but every bar in this order is stale, dry, and discolored.

I hate most protein bars and I hate chocolate protein bars more. So I was excited for a non-chocolate option. These taste pretty much like a fruity cereal bars (remember when those were super popular) but they do have a vitamin aftertaste. So think a cereal bar mixed with a flintstones chewable. I was expecting it to be more dense but it's chewable and not overly hard. Overall it's the best protein bar I've had in a long time but it's still a protein bar at heart.

This is a great tasting bar. It tastes like fruity pebbles cereal.

I tried to share a picture of the chocolate chip muffin bars to show the disparity between the box picture and the actual bar. The bar I received looks like it expired years ago or sat in a hot truck for a few months. The chocolate looks like the stuff that sits in your grandma's candy dish, all chalky and faded. In the picture it looks like it was just drizzled on the bar. It wasn't expired, so I tasted it (I know - what can I say, it was lunch time). It was as bad as it looked. Dry, tasteless and unrecognizable on the inside.I'm returning them and not even for an exchange.There is a note on the bottom of the box that reads, "For maximum shelf life, store ZonePerfect Bars below 75°F." That could be the problem.

Texture very dry almost like bars were stale. I’ve enjoyed the blueberry macros a while ago & tried this new flavor since Amazon offered me a SMOKIN DEAL. Just finished em up but won’t be buying more.Honestly I prefer Pure Protein bars. They’re cheaper, flavorful, & nutritious.

I’m definitely a fan of these macro bars. I got the fruity cereal flavor and I really like it. I get sick of the same chocolate protein bars after a week so these are nice to switch it up. It’s still a sweet treat but not like eating a dessert which isn’t always what I feel like grabbing for mid day. It’s not overly sweet, just enough to hit the flavor. My only wish is that it still had 20g protein like other bars, instead of only 15g, when this has practically the same amount of calories as a regular protein bar.

I literally never review items on amazon but this is AMAZING. It tastes EXACTLY like a bowl of fruity pebbles. No weird protein after taste.What attracted me to this bar is the flavor the macros and the 2G of added sugar. For 210 calories, it really satisfies the cravings for a 300+ calorie big bowl of fruity pebbles with 9+ grams of sugars. LOVE these and I hope they never discontinue. Now I can have my favorite cereal without loading up on sugar and carbs. I will be buying again and again.
