Exactly what I needed
Perfect replacement casters for my Aeron in our carpeted home office space. These sit up high enough above the carpet now to reduce wear/tear on the carpet fibers. Cheaper through Amazon than on the official HM website.

Expensive but work well with a low nap carpet
Easy to install. the extra 1/2 inch diameter is just what I needed for a berber carpet. They seem way too expensive

Great set of wheels
The wheels are very easy to replace on the herman miller chair. I used to have the 2 inch wheels that would not work on my carpet, and the 3 inch wheels work great. My wife and I also like having the wheels on the carpet versus leveraging an office mat that looks hideous in the bedroom.

Casters have increased enjoyment of our chair
These casters have worked very well for us. We had the regular carpet casters, 21/2 but the extra 1/2 inch made a great difference in the comfort of using the chair. Service was good, product well packed.

5 and like the larger wheels
Read online about going with the 3 inch over the 2.5 and like the larger wheels. My chair rolls better now.
