I really enjoyed this gimbal. I seriously comes with every upgrade accessory others charge for. Follow focus and grip handles. Very impressive for the cost. Straight out of the box it performs well and balances easily. I wound up returning it because it didn’t fit the offsize shape of the black magic pocket, which is an issue for all gimbals without some other solution.

So far I am loving my gimbal and would not choose any other over it. It has been a powerhouse for my work and work like a charm. With that though, it took me a bit to get some of the stuff down and I am even still trying to figure out certain things.Pros:- Great, steady gimbal that has not had any trouble holding my EOS R and a fairly hefty 17-40 F4.0 Canon lens.- The ability to lock the axis's makes transport and balance super easy.- Battery life is phenomenal and system has lasted me through and entire 4 hour shoot on 1 set of batteries.Cons:- The instruction are HORRIBLE! I still havent figured out how to use the stinking follow focus or what some of the screws go to.- Slight glitching after going from a down low shot back up. Camera can flip over and then I have to adjust it manually.- The extra stick thing is a bit gimicky and the bluetooth doesnt connect all that well.Overall a great gimbal and def one I would recommend. Only, be sure to look around online for some youtube tutorials on how to set it up and be sure to download the manual from the FeiyuTech website for a bit better guide on set up.

I order this product because I was looking for a great gimbal for my Black Magic 4k. I search and search and found reviews that really hype this product up. Unfortunately, it was not all it was suppose to be! This gimbal does not handle the BM4 well at all. It shakes if used a certain way, it stops working all of a sudden. It works okey with smaller cameras. I would not recommend this for the BM4 at all.

Combo this with the dual handle and you have a winner!!! At the moment we use the bmpcc 4K & 6k and it works flawlessly!

I was so excited to get this setup. I mainly got it for the follow focus. It worked for about 5 minutes then started shaking. so i restarted the gimbal and the focus module just shakes. No lights, pressing buttons does nothing.So i thought I would check for firmware updates. So I installed the updates and even though I follow all the instructions it still tells me I need to update.I have tried to reach out to support and no answer. Pretty bummed

I had to tighten some screws on the wireless controller. It came out the the box wiggling in the middle (like it was ready to snap in half). I was ready to send it back but then noticed a couple screws were loose. Once tightened oh, it worked really well. The gimbal itself? It is mostly smooth but not nearly as smooth as some of the other gimbles out there. It's still too responsive, even at the lowest setting. Feiyutech, if you are listening please please please allow it to be tuned down even more for more smoothness. Its still a little too jerky. Only other thing is I wish there was a case that could fit everything, including the wireless remote.

I must have gotten a bad batch because my unit does not power on at all with the batteries fully charged and correctly installed. Trying to figure out how to get it replaced is hard as the company is in China. Frustrating process and it's brand new. Looks awesome and can't wait to use it, but just one bad apple and I have it.
