Is this product vegan and what are the ingredients?

The ingredients are supposed to be published on the Amazon product page -- we feel ingredient listings are Very Important! But for whatever reason, Amzon appears to be not displaying the ingredients today!?

Brighten Up is a matte shade (no shimmer). Yes, the colors are as accurate as possible (every screen can be slightly different - that is the nature of computer screens).
