The brand speaks for itself. I been a user of lean mode and decided to try this one with the added probiotic and I love it. I can tell the difference that It has on my body by just taking the morning dose. I feel it has curved a lot of my unnecessary cravings and has help me reach trimming some of my belly fat. I bought this product many times over the years for a reason. Although it’s very hard to know what works and what doesn’t (especially if one is taking multiple supplements), every time I used this product, I lost a minimum of 12-14lbs over a 25 day period. If I remember correctly, CLA is the key ingredient as it shuttles fat towards the mitochondria (the powerhouse of the cell) and the latter uses the fat to create energy/ATP. You do have to workout/exercise while taking this product for a prolonged period of time (>30 days) in order to see continued results. It also helps a lot If you are on a low carb/Keto diet.

This product for me is tried and true. I take it in the morn with my coffee and commute to work. I dont find myself really getting hungry until after noon. I feel fuller faster when eating and don't crave sugar as often when taking LeanMode. The prebiotic seem to help a bit in the lou, but did not ever have any urgency to go blow up the office restroom. Great stuff, I highly recommend it to assist in losing those extra pounds. Helped me ditch about 11 lbs in one bottle with out even trying.
