Is this product gluten-free?

No it doesn't look GF to me. For one thing I can't read German. And if it doesn't say GF then you shouldn't buy any powdered product. It could've been processed in a facility that processes wheat flour pastry mixes or anything else that has flour in it. There's no way to ensure that's not cross contaminated unless the manufacturer is testing it for the purposes of complying with a certification or internal verification of GF. The way to be sure is to write to the manufacturer and ask. Otherwise, don't risk your Ataxia or Celiac Disease, or any other illness on this or any other powdered products. GF is a much harder diet than any "health" diet.
