To be honest I unplugged it after a few hours of playing with it. Just don't expect it to be a replacement for the shield remote. There was no way she was going to be okay with using a controller to navigate with. The controller is really solid and the built in rechargeable battery is top notch. The volume feature which is located in the bottom middle by scrolling up and down is great for my setup. This allows the user to change the volume output from the actual device itself. Since I have a projector and surround sound and everything else in the world hooked up using Logitech Harmony Home Control - 8 Devices (Black) which allows everything to be in one place through a phone app. It works wonderfully and would definitely recommend to anyone with an advance setup. The stand out point though is that it is really nice to have a tactile couch lounging remote to actually browse shows with. Which can be cumbersome through the app and not nearly as fun with the actual Harmony remote this works perfectly. The voice search features is great for Youtube videos and the buttons all seem to be built really well so far.I took away one start because while I love the remote it is a bit too much like Apple pricing for my taste.
