A good detective story from Victorian times . Easy to read and the best digital version of all the Amazon books I have read . They have made the effort to eliminate grammatical errors and spelling mistakes . Thus making the plot easy to follow.

The first detective novel. Long, Victtorian but a good read

It's like a pocket book, very tiny. It was embarrassing to gift it to a friend. The only good part about this book is its hardcover. Did not receive it in a good condition either, it was kept in a used plastic covering which did not even stick and was slightly torn. The hard cover and the first page were separated (torn)as if it was a very old book . The pages are very thin, the text on back side is visible and the text is extremely tiny and very demotivating to read. The story per se is good and thrilling . I like this writer.

It must have 10 star out of 5. I also bought another copy of the moonstone. They are really lucky persons who have this book.
