Seller offered a full refund if I took down negative review. I didn't. This phone absolutely sucks. It looks good in the pictures, but then again...what doesn't?Its slow, stressful slow. Screen quality sucks, touch screen sucks, and it is in NO WAY duatproff or waterproof. My worst amazon purchase to date

Disappointed...disappointed.
Have not had use of the phone since it's purchase. The reason bring that although it was sold with 2 batteries they never held charge. How can this problem b rectified as I really need the phone. And Also to avoid me the extra extra expense of the purchase of another phone.

I liked the features of this phone but unfortunately it only lasted 3 days then the speakers stopped working. It did not make sense sending it back due to the high costs (I am from Trinidad) and the parts are not available to fix it locally. Don't buy.
