This is perfect sev! I used it on my samosa chaat I made. It tastes great.

Personal Opinion -too fine//thin for Bhel mix
I've never seen "Gujarati Bhel Sev" so thin/"fine". Adding chutneys to the bhel mixture which contains this sev would most likely not work well. May be okay to consume this sev on its own (dry form).
