not a good flavour. don't waste your money

This was my first time trying Starbucks coffee and I decided to go with the flavored one because I usually add some cocoa power in my coffee so I had to try this one and I loved it! Smells delicious, tastes great, color is on point, no bad aftertaste, very good quality and well roasted. Recommended!

I tried this flavor at a friend's house, and I'm loving it. I add some cold foam cream, and it's perfection. I'm putting this one on auto-buy.

Flavor was not very impressive and was very bitter.

Amazon’s description clearly lists this item as a mocha cafe latte. It is NOT. It is chocolate flavored ground coffee and it is horrific. I was all ready to have a cozy mocha latte and got this abomination. I am offended, horrified, CRESTFALLEN EVEN. I tried pouring milk in it to help. I can barely even make myself sip it. It smells like expired chocolate lip balm. I haven’t felt this betrayed since I saw Rise of Skywalker in theaters. Also, the box came crushed due to the thin plastic envelope it was packaged in. A failure on all fronts. An affront to good taste! I shall now go weep into my cup and see if the salt from my tears makes any difference at all.
