Just a collection of excerpts from other peoples papers. Unedited, illogical ordering and no real effort by the author to provide a useful text. Not worth even a few dollars. Keep looking.

What a disappointing book. While it has some interesting and useful information, the presentation is extremely unprofessional with what appears to be footnotes without the notes, references to charts that aren’t there, a lot of repetition, very badly laid out and the recipes mostly don’t have much fibre which is the point of a diverticular disease diet.
