I started breaking out in ezcema and hives from an allergic reaction about three months ago. One of the worst areas of breakout was my chin. I found this at Target for about $4. Although I was concerned about the ingredients possibly applifying my breakout, I've had really good results with this product. My face looks a lot better--about how it did before the breakouts.The only other toner I have previously used is Boots Organic Rosewater. That one is twice the price, and the ingredients slightly aggrivated my skin. This is a much better buy if you are buying it in a store.
