Practical and durable
In my opinion the best steam cooker you can buy. I like the fact that it is almost entirely made of stainless steel, meaning it will last for ever. I prefer the large open format to stackable systems, it's just easier to place and remove food items. They did have a small leakage problem with the System I, but the new rubber seal around the lid fixes that perfectly. I'm a fan of practical, durable goods, so this tips all my boxes.

Good producet
I love this steamer. It is a bit pricey but the quality is very good. The square design is a plus. Another thing is the weight...it's not a lite piece of cookware.

Great Steam Cooking System.
I have two, they are great and add great flavor when you use a steamer broth recipe. They are also great for keeping meats warm for serving.I also use with a thermal induction cooktop. - can fit both on the burner at the same time.
