My review is not so much on the product but on customer service. Based on the sizing info I ordered a medium pair of sleeves. The same day I decided I have never been a medium size on anything and went ahead and ordered a large as well to be certain I would have the right size. I ordered with enough time to receive prior to leaving on a five week trip where they were going to be needed. They arrived on a Saturday and as I had presumed the medium size was too small. No problem, that is why I ordered the large as well knowing that I could return the pair that didn't fit. So, now the problem. The large pair contained one medium size sleeve and one large size sleeve. The large size fit well but now I only had one of them. I could not do anything with Amazon until Monday and I was leaving on my trip on Tuesday. I tried calling Synergy to see if they could help but had to leave a message. On Monday, I called Amazon and Synergy to see if either could overnight me a second large sleeve. Long story short, while the industry certainly has next day shipping neither company was willing to pay the cost of expedited shipping to get me what I needed before leaving on my trip. I am not sure which company did the packaging but I felt I gave both an opportunity to make it right. Mistakes do happen and I understand that but in this case the mistake wasn't mine and neither of these companies felt that satisfying a customer, when it was possible, was worth the cost even when the error was clearly theirs. Needless to say I am disappointed and do not have the equipment I need before leaving on my trip. All the more reason to shop local.

I use these with an open sleeved wetsuit and even in 50-52 degree open water my arms never get cold. I'm 5'9" 170 lbs and I ordered size small and they fit great and don't slip. I've never worn a size small before, but I followed the sizing chart.

I could tell a big difference when I am wearing these sleeves with my sleeveless wetsuit versus without wearing the sleeves. Definitaley would recommend for those who only have a sleeveless wetsuit and don't want to spend money on a long sleeve wetsuit

Love these sleeves. keeps me warm without restricting swim stroke movement. Company was very helpful in finding and exchanging for right size. Follow their directions, measure your bicep and get exactly what they recommend. These are much more comfortable than other brand on Amazon.

I bought these to extend the season of my sleeveless wetsuit, and they were surprisingly effective for that purpose. They also allowed my shoulders free range of movement to swim. They even kept me warm when wet out of the water. I did get lots of “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” jokes, however.

Early spring or fall, after or before a full wet suit, these sleeves keep the arms warm when the air is cooler. Another great tool to keep swimming comfortably. Well constructed.

I bought these to wear with my spring suit (short sleeved wetsuit). I tried them out today, while swimming. They worked great. They stayed in place and kept my arms warm. They were snug, but I was still able to bend my arms just fine while swimming.
