The media could not be loaded. Phone is in Spanish and doesn't change language, won't scroll up or down, absolutely ridiculous selling a customer this phone

Sent a broken lead.
The phone itself is really good, the issue I have is the company sent me a broken wire meaning I can't charge the phone as its so bent it won't fit into the Samsung plug.
