Still, you be aware of the fact that you are confusing charging current with charging voltage. Fourteen point six (14.6) Volts appears to be the maximum voltage allowed to be placed across the battery leads when charging a Bioenno 12 volt battery pack (since I do know the part number of your battery, I had to look at a number of Bioenno lifepo4 batteries in order to come to this conclusion). The maximum input charging voltage which can be placed across the input of the "Genasun GV-10 14.2V" is 14.2 volts. And I for one would would leave a safety margin of at least 1.2 volts (or more); therefore the input to the Genasun should at no time be greater than 13 volts maximum-- so as to protect the charge controller from being damaged. In my opinion, you can safely use the "Genasun GV-10 14.2V" charge controller to charge a Bioenno lifepo4 or any other LiFePo4 battery configuration as long as the voltage of all cells sums to 12 volts. A Bioenno 12 volt battery fits this criteria. The "Genasun GV-10 14.2V" should charge your battery effectively. You can run your device and charge the battery at the same time (for example, were you using a solar cell as the power source). By the way, I do not work for Genasun. I just happen to be a retired engineer who frequently uses Genasun charge controllers and LiFePo4 batteries. Still, I take no responsibility for anything stated here. Oops, my bad. But Ryan worked with me and sent out a new board. Excellent customer service. Now I just need to remember not to put 35 OCV to it.It is small enough to fit into an Apache 1800 case that I'm making into a 12 volt power distribution box for portable use. If I need another I'll buy this again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No RFI !!!! *by C***. on August 27, 2022* If you are a portable Ham radio operator with solar 150w or less this is the only Solar Charge Controller that will give you almost totally clean of RFI issues from your solar controller. It does have a few RFI artifacts on 80-40m but most were S2 and sporadic but all low enough S units to work on top of the RFI. Higher bands I found nothing but clean air.
