Intex 2650 GPH Sand Filter Pump & Saltwater System Set w/Deluxe Maintenance Kit

This pool pump with saltwater filtration has worked very well so far. I have a 24' round above ground pool. The water stays very clear and the built-in timer is great. Just set it and forget about it. I have only used this pump for 6 weeks and will later update long term use. As for now, my pool water is clearer than it has ever been. Salt is way cheaper than chlorine tabs and other chemicals. Cuts down on time and money to keep pool fantastic. I completely recommend this pump.

Great system! Runs quiet, has a timer on it that I didn’t realize was there, has exceeded my expectations! Replaced a chlorine filter with this, and I wish I would have done it years ago! I am very pleased!

This pump has a lot of setting but it took YouTube and several times thru manual to become familiar with them all. Have used for one year now and it has done a great job on 18x9 pool all year. Left timer set for run just one hour a day and it kept pool clean all year and very little prep needed the following season to get pool ready for use. Energy efficient, didnt see a difference in electricity bill to run 1 hr a day.

We set up an above ground 12 x 24 oval pool this summer and ordered this filter pump. We set it up with saltwater because research said that salwater was easier to maintain. This filter is so easy to operate, it has a display that tells you when your salt is to high or to low. The manual was easy to follow and markings on the filter are clearly shown for watse, backwash, filter etc. settings. It filters the water quickly to leave a sparking clean pool.

So far it works as expected. Keeps my pool sparkling clean. My only suggestion would be on the salt filter timer, instead of setting hours you need to make one that sets by hours and minutes ( actual start time) and allow you to set an end time as well. It’s a real pain to have it running while your swimming in the pool because it also runs the vacuum which is in the way when it’s running and your trying to swim! Also if you have to restart the filter and pump for some reason it would be better to have the start and end time

Works great! Annoying to have to reset everything when I need to backwash, but it's not that big of a deal.

So far we are very pleased with this system. We were about to sell our pool until we bought this. The water is clear & takes very little work. It is much more cost effective too. I would definitely recommend this product.
