Great packaging
Just swapped the battery out on my 2016 MSI GT72VR 6re. But I wanted to leave a review because the battery came packaged very well, exceptional even. It Even came with the double sided foam tape for attaching the battery to the chassis. So far so good!

Lasted 1 year with intermittent problems
It worked right away, but frequently complained about calibration issues. Yesterday, the battery now says "100%" charged but MSI GT72-6QD died the second power adapter was disconnected. Now it doesn't even detect the battery. So I bought it in Feb of 2021, died in March of 2022. So I got only one year. Less than 50 cycles on it total and it just outright died. With the cost, I would've expected longer life.Ever since install, may laptop has flashed and orange battery indicator indicating calibration issues. Even MSI Calbiration tool wouldn't fix it. So I would avoid. And as a computer Tech, I install a lot of batteries in laptops, but this was one I will not recommend. It is basically worthless and will be finding other sources for batteries for customers from now on.

Short life but seller made amends
Battery died after 5 weeks. Seller contacted me and made amends.

Works.
In the limited time I've had/used it, it's working. My Laptop would immediately shutdown if not connected to a power supply. Replacing the battery with this has resolved that issue. I haven't used it enough to comment on the longevity/life/value.

good, it works...
works well, i had no issue after intalling it, i didn't test longevity yet though, please use a software battery calibration, i did use the msi one,

Good battery great support.
Battery pretty much works as advertised.If there's an issue BOWEIRUI is responsive and will resolve the issue, and or send a replacement.

Only lasted through two charges then would not charge
The battery is very difficult to replace and I was hoping it would work. After two cycles of charge and discharge the battery stopped accepting a charge after 10%. I tried to charge beyond this but to no avail. Amazon refunded my money so I'm happy about that.
